Marina and Enrique arrived in Clermont, Indiana with a suitcase full of treasured family recipes from the Abruzzo region of Italy, passed down through generations in Marina's family. These recipes, lovingly preserved and perfected over decades, form the foundation of our menu today. From our grandmother's secret tiramisu recipe to our handcrafted panini made with authentic Italian ingredients, every item on our menu tells a story of Italian tradition and passion. Our commitment to authenticity begins with our coffee. We carefully select and roast premium Italian coffee beans, crafting each espresso, cappuccino, and macchiato with the precision and care that Italian baristas have perfected over centuries.
